Water Process Decaf is decaffeinated with pure water, avoiding the chemicals used in making traditional decaf coffees. This helps to preserve more of the original flavor of the coffee, as well as reduce the potential of any chemical exposure. This may be especially important to expecting mothers or those with compromised immune systems such as chemo patients.

The country of origin for the water processed decaf rotates currently between Ethiopia, Honduras, and Colombia based on availability. This coffee is currently shipping as HONDURAS.
