All coffees on this page are made to order. We do not keep inventory, so you can be assured your coffee is made just for you. We roast and package from Monday - Thursday and orders go out Thursday and Friday. Orders received on Tuesday or before are guaranteed to go out the same week, and we will do our best to catch as many additional orders as possible. Please send a message if you need special handling or timing and we will do our best to accommodate.
